What we ask

  • A weekly 30-minute callWhat worked, what slowed the clinic down, and what is missing.
  • A named owner on your sideUsually the clinic operations head or the QA lead.
  • A reference, if it worksOnly with your written consent, and only after the study.

From kickoff to a dry run

  1. Week 1Kickoff

    Walk through your protocol and SOPs. We agree the study, the team and the success criteria.

  2. Week 2Configure

    We set up the study in Studio with you. Your team signs off the design.

  3. Week 3Train

    Role-by-role training at your site, on your own study.

  4. Week 4Dry run

    A full period with test subjects, then a joint go or no-go decision for the live study.
