Astralith

astra, Latin for stars · lithos, Greek for stone

A star set in stone.

Four stones: records that are only ever added to, never rewritten. The star: the decision a person signs once the evidence is in place.

Astralith builds software for the two moments that decide whether a trial can be relied on: when the protocol is written, and while the study runs.

What we
believe

The decisions that make a trial analyzable are made before it starts, in documents and meetings that leave no record. The data that makes a trial believable is captured while it runs, too often on paper first.

We think both moments deserve software that refuses: refuses to overwrite, refuses to let a model decide, refuses to export what a person has not signed. Software proposes. Rules decide. A person signs.

Rakesh Muppa

Founder & CEO

Building software that makes clinical evidence hold up, from the first protocol draft to the locked dataset.

Rakesh founded Astralith and designed and built both of its products: Antevra, which shows what a protocol can support before anyone commits to it, and Actora, which runs BE/BA studies on a record built for inspection. Rakesh leads product and engineering at Astralith.

“The parts I am most confident about are the refusals: no override on the export gate, no faked validation, no invented citation left unmarked.”
